Owner and chef Sean Hong moved to Perth in 2006 where he started his culinary journey by studying commercial cookery and training in Perth's local Japanese restaurants. With his Asian culture the understanding for Japanese flavours came naturally, and this encouraged him to develop his skills in modern Japanese fusion. Sean's goal with Yuuma is to serve Perth specialty modern Japanese cuisines in his own personal style. The menu will continue to progress, improve that will be especially designed for your experience.
