Yuuma sushi cake is great to serve 10 adults. As the cake is made with sushi rice, it can be quite filling and is recommended to serve as an entree for your party.
First of all, the sushi cake is gluten free. It is made with varieties of seafood including shellfish and roes for great purpose, therefore, we can not accommodate changes to it. However, we are happy to do a only salmon fish version. Please do not ask for a cooked version. It is a sushi cake!!!
Yuuma is not licensed, however, we do BYO with a small BYO corkage charge of $1 per bottle of beer, and $5 per bottle of wine/sake/spirits.
Yes we do vegan, however there are only a limited variety available on the menu.
Yuuma is not certified as a Halal restaurant. However, some ingredients including Harvey Beef and Futari Wagyu that we have are all Halal certified.
We apologize that we are a small restaurant, doing a simple menu. Our booking duration are allocated to 60 minutes window only.
